Marshawn Lynch to miss Week 1 for Seattle Seahawks?

Could the Seattle Seahawks be without Marshawn Lynch this weekend?

The Pro Bowl running back is dealing with back spasms that might sideline him against the Arizona Cardinals, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Seahawks training camp has had a bit of everything, and Adam Schein couldn't be more intrigued by Pete

Carroll's team. **More ...**

The Seahawks had been publicly optimistic about Lynch's health, despite him missing Seattle's final two preseason games. He sat out practice on Monday.

If Lynch doesn't play in Week 1, the Seahawks will be in a difficult spot. Rookie Russell Wilson is making his NFL debut, and Pete Carroll was undoubtedly planned to lean hard on Lynch, who ran for 1,204 yards and 12 touchdowns on 285 carries last season.

Expect Leon Washington and rookie Robert Turbin to handle the carries if Lynch can't go.
