Johnny Manziel's birthplace puts up Browns billboard

Some Dallas Cowboys fans might never get over Jerry Jones passing on the opportunity to draft Johnny Manziel.

It appears, however, that some Cowboys fans in Tyler, Texas already have moved on.

Moved on to being Cleveland Browns fans, that is.

A billboard popped up in the birthplace of Mr. Johnny Football claiming that the city -- about 100 miles from Dallas -- is now Browns country.

Fans are great.
