On Saturday, McNabb told NFL Network's Rebecca Haarlow he hasn't made a decision on retirement. McNabb was in Philadelphia on Saturday for Brian Dawkins' retirement news conference
Of course, McNabb has reached a stage where continuing or ending his career isn't necessarily his decision anymore.
McNabb hasn't put together a truly productive season since 2009 with the Philadelphia Eagles (22 touchdown passes, 10 interceptions, 92.9 passer rating), and he's coming off ugly runs with the Washington Redskins and Minnesota Vikings.
After he lost his starting job last season and the Vikings cut him loose in early December, McNabb was vocal in his wish to latch on with another team for the stretch run. No takers emerged.
Time will tell if that was a harbinger of things to come.
