Cowboys WR Bryant pokes fun at his critics with T-shirt

During his young career, Dez Bryant has battled the perception that he's not a hard worker.

In his second season, Bryant has both sizzled and vanished in games, but his nine touchdowns this season only hint at what Cowboys owner Jerry Jones salivated over before making the receiver the team's first-round draft pick in 2010.

While his critics prattle on, Bryant, to his credit, has a developed a keen sense of humor.

Busting on the "slacker" tag, Bryant walked past reporters Wednesday wearing a Nike T-shirt that read "LAZY BUT TALENTED," The Dallas Morning News reported.

The receiver was on his way to a players Pro Bowl voting session, of all places, drawing laughter from the scribes.

(Want to see the shirt? Here it is.)

Bryant's other choice? Garb labeling him "UNTALENTED BUT MOTIVATED," so Dez was, by all accounts, in a jam on this one.
