C.J. Spiller leaves Bills-Browns game with shoulder injury

Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller was carted off the field with a shoulder injury in the first quarter of Sunday's matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

Spiller was seen favoring his left shoulder and was taken to the locker room for further evaluation.

He had 16 yards on four carries before leaving the game.
