NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday that the New York Jets have designs on trading into the top 10 of Thursday night's draft, with LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham as a potential target.

Beckham has been one of the hottest names over the past week leading up to the draft.
If Beckham is off the board, though, the team is also keeping tabs on Oregon State's Brandin Cooks, per Rapoport.
Cooks, the draft's fastest receiver, told the New York Post on Tuesday that the Jets' interest has been "big time."
"We've been talking a lot on and off," Cooks added. "I took a visit. I think the visit went great. It's one of those things. I feel like they're pushing for me, but who knows?"
The Biletnikoff Award winner set a Pac-12 record with 1,730 receiving yards on 128 receptions last season, turning in more plays of 20+ yards than any receiver in this year's draft class.
He's electric in space like Tavon Austin. If there's a knock on Cooks, it's the same as the one that prevented Austin from making an impact as a rookie: He lacks size and physicality.
Cooks would add a much-needed speed and playmaking element to the Jets' offense as a high-end slot receiver. The Jets just have to ask themselves if his skills are duplicative of Jeremy Kerley, who has been oft-injured but effective in the slot.
