After missing Thursday's practice with a groin injury, Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson returned to the practice field Friday and officially is listed as "questionable" on the final injury report of the week.
"I did everything. I was out there, running routes and full-go with the guys," Johnson said, according to Tim Graham of The Buffalo News. "I think coach made the right call along with the guys in the training room of sitting me (on Thursday). I guess it will only get better from here. I still have a couple days until game day."

Johnson is expected to play in Sunday's season opener against the New York Jets. Johnson, who has led the Bills in receiving in each of the last two seasons, was kept off the unrestricted free agent market with a five-year, $36.25 million extension in early March.
In six career games against the Jets, Johnson has 22 receptions for 283 yards with three touchdowns, including eight receptions for 75 yards in their most recent meeting on Nov. 27, 2011.
Rounding out the Bills' injury report: Wide receiver/quarterback Brad Smith (groin) and starting right guard Kraig Urbik (low back) are listed as "probable."
