Ben McAdoo cuts a distinct figure on the Giants sideline. He's not Tom Landry in the shadows of Texas Stadium or anything, but the neatly parted hair, well-groomed goatee and, of course, that Cheesecake Factory play chart makes every cutaway to the Giants' bench a source of modest entertainment.
"It is a map of the field," McAdoo said last month. "It is more of a thought process than it is a play sheet."
Ohhhhh-k. Anyway, one thing McAdoo probably didn't expect this season: a youthful doppelganger.
