NFL Security made the recommendation "pending (the) outcome of a criminal investigation being conducted by the Honolulu Police."

One male has been arrested for "Assault in the 3rd degree," Captain Andrew Lum of the Honolulu Police Department said in a statement. Three males were injured and two were treated and released from the hospital.

Update: A source informed of the police investigation told NFL.com's Ian Rapoport that Williams needed seven stitches after being hit over the head with a champagne bottle. He never lost consciousness. Police were told the aggressors were under the influence of substances beside alcohol. Twenty to 30 players were present that evening as rapper 2 Chainz hosted a party, according to the Houston Chronicle.
