DA Gary Lieberstein said Monday on his media hotline that he has no new information to report and doesn't anticipate any decision until at least Wednesday or Thursday. He says his office will take whatever time officials believe is necessary to reach "the appropriate and just decision."

Raiders defensive assistant Randy Hanson has alleged that he was assaulted by Cable during training camp and that his jaw was broken in the Aug. 5 attack at the team's hotel in Napa. Cable has denied the allegations.
