Matt Ryan reminds me of a young Tom Brady when it comes to developing physically and improving his arm strength every year. Ryan is capable of reaching 30 touchdown passes per year and has the talent around him.

Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff really has an eye for talent and will also dip into free agency to put his team over the top. Coach Mike Smith was a diamond-in-the-rough hiring for the Falcons and he should be there a long time with owner Arthur Blank looking to bring stability to the organization.
