Arizona Cardinals will reportedly cut tackle Levi Brown

Left tackle Levi Brown will be released by the Arizona Cardinals so the team can save $17 million in cap money to pay Peyton Manning or some other top free agent, ESPN reported Monday evening.

Brown was taken fifth overall by Arizona in the 2007 NFL Draft. He's viewed as a good player who didn't live up to that No. 5 billing, and he figures to be a coveted free agent.
