2015 NFL midseason predictions: Who will win Super Bowl 50?

At the midpoint of the 2015 NFL season, our analysts refresh their predictions on the major individual awards, the entire playoff field and Championship Sunday/Super Bowl outcomes.

Super Bowl 50

Jeffri Chadiha: Packers over Patriots. Rodgers wins a shootout with Brady and claims his second Lombardi Trophy.

Judy Battista: Patriots over Cardinals. It feels inevitable, and it also feels silly to pick anybody to beat the best-quarterbacked and best-coached team in the game.

Willie McGinest: Patriots over Packers. The Patriots' defense will figure out Green Bay's offense, and not having Jordy Nelson will make things a little easier. The Patriots' offense is playing at a high level, and teams don't always know what's coming. It'll be a close game, but New England will win.

Michael Silver: Patriots over Packers. Brady vs. Rodgers is a dream matchup, but with the way the Patriots have looked this season, I suspect they won't need a dramatic end-zone interception from an unheralded rookie to secure a fifth ring.

Colleen Wolfe: Patriots over Cardinals. It's almost like they have something to prove.

Ike Taylor: Patriots over Seahawks.Tom Brady is playing the best football of his career, and he's going to get his fifth ring.

Steve Wyche: Packers over Patriots. The homegrown quarterbacks from Cali square off in an epic game, but Rodgers moves himself further into elite company by getting his second ring and beating arguably the best ever in Brady.

Nate Burleson: Patriots over Cardinals. Arians will get outcoached by Belichick.

Gil Brandt: Patriots over Panthers. As the underdog, Carolina will be the fans' darling in Super Bowl 50. But I think Brady and the Pats' offense will be too much for the Panthers. Cam Newton wins games in the fourth quarter, and I'm not sure he'll be able to come back against New England late in this one.

Adam Schein: Patriots over Packers. Epic. Historic. And I'm just talking about the post-game trophy presentation.

Marc Sessler: Patriots over Cardinals.Arians will shine during Super Bowl Week, but Brady will take home the ultimate prize -- again.

Charley Casserly: Packers over Patriots. Green Bay wins -- fitting because they won the first time they met in a Super Bowl, too. It's a high-scoring game, but Rodgers' mobility and ability to throw deep better than Brady are the differences.

Bucky Brooks: Broncos over Seahawks. The Broncos' defense turns the tables on the Seahawks in this Super Bowl rematch. Von Miller and Demarcus Ware dominate the action at the line of scrimmage; Aqib Talib and Chris Harris Jr. make life miserable for the Seahawks' receivers down the field.

Elliot Harrison: Patriots over Packers. New England is simply playing too well. This might be the game where not having Jordy Nelson really hurts Green Bay, even if Randall Cobb gets healthier. Belichick wins it all again.
