READ CAREFULY. TERMS CONTAIN ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT IMPACT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

2026 Pro Bowl tickets are revocable licenses granting only a one-time entry to the specified event venue and a seat (or if specified, standing location) for the 2026 Pro Bowl ("Event") with no re-entry right. All persons entering, except children under 2, must have an Event ticket. Failure to comply with the Terms shall result in license forfeiture and all associated rights without refund and entitle NFL to pursue all legal remedies available. Admission may be refused/revoked in NFL's sole discretion.

TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused/revoked, Event capacity limits result in ticket cancellation, Event is canceled and not rescheduled for any reason, or for breach of the Terms, is a refund of up to the ticket price set by NFL ("Face Value"). IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLDER BE ENTITLED TO ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING W/O LIMITATION ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR TICKET.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE TICKET OR EVENT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA, REGARDLESS OF WHERE HOLDER RESIDES OR WHERE TICKET WAS PURCHASED. HOLDER AND NFL AGREE ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS, ACKNOWLEDGES & AGREES THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, HOLDER MUST NOT ENTER THE EVENT. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.
