An emotional victory over the San Francisco 49ers in last Thursday's "Har-Bowl" wasn't quite enough to boost the Baltimore Ravens into the No. 2 spot behind the undefeated Green Bay Packers in this week's NFL.com Power Poll.

Instead, John Harbaugh's team will have to settle for No. 3, behind Drew Brees and the explosive New Orleans Saints, who regained the No. 2 spot they've held at various times this season, thanks to an impressive 49-24 victory over the New York Giants on Monday night.

» Maybe it's all the injuries, but the Kansas City Chiefs were the most polarizing team in the poll, with experts ranking them as high as No. 18 and as low as No. 30.

» Changing fortunes in the NFC East were represented, as the surging Dallas Cowboys climbed to No. 8, their highest ranking of the season, while the slumping Giants, in first place just a couple weeks ago, fell to No. 13.

» There was unanimity at the bottom, where all nine of our experts ranked the Indianapolis Colts as the worst team in the league and the St. Louis Rams as the next-worst.
