In an NFL season packed with excitement, Week 11 may have been the most dramatic yet:

» The 12 games decided by eight points or fewer tied the NFL record for the most eight-point games in a single week. The feat has now occurred seven times, most recently in Week 10 of 2006.

» There were 20 games decided by eight points or fewer in the past two weeks. That is the most in a two-week span since Weeks 16-17 in 2006 (20).

» The 11 games decided by seven points or fewer tied for the third-most in a week in NFL history, trailing only Week 15 of 1993 and Week 12 of 2003 (12).

» The eight games decided by three points or fewer is the most in one week since Week 6 of 2006.

» With 2 minutes to play in 11 of 16 games, the score was tied or featured the team trailing with a chance to tie or take the lead.
