Vikings RB Peterson limited in practice with back injury

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was limited in practice Wednesday with a back injury.

The NFL's leading rusher was listed on the Vikings' injury report, three days after rushing for 92 yards and one touchdown against the Detroit Lions. The Vikingsplay host to the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday.

Vikings middle linebacker E.J. Henderson didn't practice at all because of a shoulder injury. He had eight tackles in the 27-13 victory over the Lions last Sunday and is the Vikings' leading tackler this season.

Safety Madieu Williams was limited with a shoulder injury, and linebacker Erin Henderson, E.J.'s brother, didn't practice with a calf injury.
