David Fales was on top of his game in his much-anticipated shootout with Derek Carr and had the best QB performance of Week 14. More ...
Hundley ran for 80 yards and two touchdowns as the Bruins downed crosstown rival USC, 35-14, for their first win at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum since 1997. The redshirt sophomore threw for 208 yards and completed 18 of 27 attempts, but more importantly took just two sacks.
The Trojans defense had no answers for Hundley on draws and scrambles, especially on third down.
Instead, USC was undone by sacks, with quarterback Cody Kessler (17 of 27 for 174 yards, one touchdown) being dropped six times, twice by UCLA outside linebacker Anthony Barr, and losing a fumble.
Junior wide receiver Marqise Lee had six receptions for 69 yards in what might have been his last home game before declaring for the NFL draft.
