Starters Page, Niswanger among players tendered by Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs tendered contract offers to three restricted free agents on Thursday, retaining the rights to safety Jarrad Page, center Rudy Niswanger and wide receiver Jeff Webb.

Page and Niswarger were both full-time starters for the Chiefs last season. Page started all 16 games at free safety for the Chiefs in 2008, recording 85 tackles and four interceptions. Niswanger started 15 games.

Webb was taken by the Chiefs in the sixth round of the 2006 draft. He has started three games and has 36 receptions for 382 yards and one touchdown in three NFL seasons.
