Runyan knocked out of game with concussion

PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles starting offensive tackle Jon Runyan was knocked out of Sunday's game against Buffalo with a concussion, two plays after he started his 176th straight game.

Runyan was injured on Philadelphia's second offensive play of the game and left for the locker room. Runyan, a former Pro Bowl pick, has been one of the league's most durable players.
