Police won't charge Titans WR Britt in bar brawl

Tenneseee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt will not be charged for his alleged involvement in an October bar brawl.

A Davidson County grand jury has indicted 29-year-old Bradford Miser on assault charges in the case, which centered on a fight at Nashville's Karma Lounge on Oct. 22.

The case was investigated after a customer at the bar said Britt was among those who assaulted him. Britt has denied hitting anyone.

According to a news release Tuesday from the district attorney's office, the grand jury determined there was not enough proof to charge anyone but Miser.

The news release said more than a dozen people were interviewed about the incident. No one was seriously hurt.

Coach Jeff Fisher benched Britt for a quarter after the incident.
