Patriots' Love says polarizing Tebow can be too much

Many NFL fans, and even those across the nation who don't qualify for that category, can empathize with New England Patriots defensive tackle Kyle Love.

That's because Love is rather tired of hearing about perhaps the league's most polarizing player in Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow.

"I can't speak for everybody, I can just speak for myself, I can say that it does (get old) for me," Love said, according to The Republican. "It gets to the point where you get tired of hearing it. You just have to keep your TV off if you don't."

Tebow, in case you haven't heard, has legions of fans, started a phenomenon called Tebowing and helped lead the Broncos to the playoffs with several come-from-behind wins after taking over as the starter in Week 7.

Love, perhaps realizing he had unleashed a less-than-diplomatic response, changed course by adding that Tebowmania serves as motivation for the Patriots.

"I love hearing it actually," Love said. "It just makes me want to play hard."

Love and the Patriots will have a chance to stop everyone from talking more about Tebow when they face the Broncos an AFC divisional playoff game on Saturday.
