NFL vice president points out league's efforts for safety

NFL executive Jeff Miller had a rebuttal to a recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel editorial published in the same paper, noting how the league has been in the forefront of safety for football.

Miller, a Wisconsin native, is NFL senior vice president of health and safety policy.

Miller also pointed out the league's work with Centers for Disease Control on concussion protocols and USA Football for teaching the better techniques with the Heads Up Football program.
