"As of right now, I am still under contract," Marshall said Thursday when he was a guest on NFL Network's NFL Total Access. "I have a wedding to prepare for, so I'm definitely going to show up, and I'm not going to let them take no money (in fines)."

Marshall met with Broncos owner Pat Bowlen in June and requested a trade because of unhappiness with his contract. Marshall, who has posted consecutive 100-catch seasons, is scheduled to make $2.2 million in 2009.
While Marshall admitted there was more to his trade request than just receiving a new contract, he walked a fine line when it came to talking about his long-term future with the Broncos.
"I don't think it'll be fair for me to sit up here and to kind of bash the organization or the things that we've been trying to keep behind closed doors," Marshall said.
"It really shows you that you're going to play the game for why you started it, but at the same time, you have to secure you and your family," Marshall said.
With training camp just two weeks away, Marshall said he expects his surgically repaired hip to be fully healthy. But when asked to predict whether or not he would wear No. 15 for the Broncos in 2009, Marshall playfully responded, "I'm definitely going to be wearing
