Lions sign fourth-round pick cornerback Davis

DETROIT -- The Detroit Lions signed fourth-round draft pick A.J. Davis to a three-year contract on Tuesday.

Davis had 135 tackles and four interceptions during his career at North Carolina State.

The Lions have yet to sign top draft pick Calvin Johnson and three others: quarterback Drew Stanton of Michigan State, defensive end Ikaika Alama-Francis of Hawaii and safety Gerald Alexander of Boise State.

Players are scheduled to report to training camp on Wednesday. The first practice is scheduled for Thursday.
