Jaguars beat Texans, get first win of year

Texans defensive end Mario Williams was flagged for a horse-collar tackle on third down, which extended the Jaguars' final drive. Houston was on the verge of forcing a punt to get one last chance to tie the game, but the penalty allowed Jacksonville to hold on to the ball.
