Fisher: Young is Titans' QB despite benching vs. Steelers

Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher said Vince Young remains the starter, even though the quarterback was benched to start the fourth quarter of Sunday's 19-11 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Young was sacked and stripped of the ball after Chris Johnson missed a block, and the quarterback was slammed awkwardly to the ground by Steelers linebacker James Harrison. Young walked off the field to the sideline to boos, having committed three turnovers.

Collins, who started the first six games last season before being benched for Young, warmed up. He went on the field for Tennessee's first series of the fourth quarter with the Titans trailing 16-3 and received loud cheers from the crowd.

The change didn't help. Collins' series ended when Bryant McFadden intercepted a pass.
