FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- New York Jets defensive end Shaun Ellis and linebackers David Harris and Bart Scott are probable for the AFC Championship Game despite being limited at practice Friday with injuries.
Ellis has a broken left hand that will be in a cast for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. He'll have surgery after the game, whether the Jets win or lose.
One of the Jets' primary pass rushers, Ellis said he can't grab well with the hand and it causes him a lot of pain.
"But at this point, a lot of players play with a lot of injuries," Ellis said. "You just go out there and just play."
Ellis was injured on the first play of New York's 17-14 victory at San Diego last Sunday while engaging a blocker.
"I'm just going to go out there and see how I adjust," he said. "I'm not going to go out there and be a handicap to the team. If something's not going right, I'll just come out. I'm not going to be that selfish."
Harris (right ankle) and Scott (left ankle) weren't noticeably hobbled Friday during practice.
Safety Kerry Rhodes was a full participant after bumping his right knee in practice Thursday.
"It's cool," Rhodes said. "I ran around a little bit today. It felt good."
Rhodes said he collided with a wide receiver, smacking his knee.
"It was freakish, but I'll be ready," he said. "There won't be any excuses Sunday."
Cornerback Donald Strickland fully participated despite breaking his right pinkie in practice earlier this week. He said he got his hand tangled in a wide receiver's facemask or jersey, but he will be fine.
"I'm not staying out," he said. "I've been waiting for this for four years."
Fullback Tony Richardson (ribs), quarterback Mark Sanchez (knee) and wide receiver Danny Woodhead (knee) also were full participants and are listed as probable.
