Dean Blandino: Calvin Johnson hit was within NFL's safety rules

In his weekly series of videos examining on-field calls, NFL vice president of officiating Dean Blandino on Friday discussed some player safety decisions made during Week 4 of the season along with a penalty from Thursday night's game.

Specifically, Blandino talked about a hit to the head suffered by Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson last week, and a taunting call against Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson on Thursday night.
