Western Michigan's coaching staff came up with a tricky way to award walk-on RB Trevor Sweeney a scholarship this week. The paperwork was attached to a football that was deliberately kicked to Sweeney during a special teams drill. He actually muffed the onside kick, but recovered and eventually realized there was something special about the ball:
