Bears LBs Hillenmeyer, Tinoisamoa doubtful to play vs. Lions

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Chicago Bears likely will be without injured linebackers Hunter Hillenmeyer and Pisa Tinoisamoa when they host the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

Both were listed as doubtful Friday, with Tinoisamoa hobbled by a knee injury he suffered in the season opener at Green Bay and Hillenmeyer recovering from a rib injury in last weekend's victory over the Seattle Seahawks.

Pro Bowl linebacker Lance Briggs (foot) is expected to play for the Bears, even though he was listed as questionable along with defensive end Alex Brown (ankle) and defensive tackle Israel Idonije (knee).

Tight end Desmond Clark likely will return after cracking a rib in the opener.
