3-star recruit stars in a one-man pass-and-catch video

Gary Haynes certainly isn't one of the top prospects in the 2015 recruiting class, but chances are he'll be one of the most-searched recruits in the next month.

That's because Haynes, a 5-foot-8, 160-pound wide receiver/cornerback from Manvel (Texas) High in the Houston suburbs, posted a video on Vine showing him catching a long pass -- from himself.

Yes, you read that correctly: Haynes -- a three-star recruit whose Vine bio includes the line "slow feet don't eat" -- throws a pass of about 25-30 yards, and while the ball is in the air, he runs under it and hauls it in.

247sports.com reports that Haynes has an offer from Houston and also has interest in Texas Tech, North Texas and Texas A&M. A&M would seem to be an unlikely suitor, but the other three schools definitely should be in play. Haynes, who caught 13 TD passes as a junior in 2013, won wide receiver MVP honors at the recent Rivals Camp Series stop in Houston.
