Jets FS Kerry Rhodes intercepted QB Jake Delhomme for the second time with 1:10 remaining to seal New York's victory.

Game ball

Not only did Jets CB Darrelle Revis shut down All-Pro WR Steve Smith (one catch for five yards), but he also came up with two interceptions, including one that he returned 67 yards for a touchdown. It was the second two-interception game of Revis' career.

Key Stat

On a day when both offenses made mistakes -- Carolina had four turnovers to New York's three -- it was the Jets' ability to capitalize that made all the difference. They scored 14 points off turnovers, while the Panthers could only muster three.

Noteworthy

The Jets snapped a three-game losing streak ... New York held the No. 3-ranked Panthers rushing attack (159.1 yards per game) to 75 yards. ... Delhomme threw four interceptions, moving his season total to 18. ... Jets RB Thomas Jones rushed for his ninth touchdown of the season.
