The Jaguars completed a 12-play, 68-yard drive with a 3-yard touchdown pass to WR Mike Sims-Walker. A two-point conversion on a quarterback keeper by David Garrard gave Jacksonville a 3-point lead with 1:02 remaining. The Bills last-minute attempt to get into field goal range ended with a Ryan Fitzpatrick interception.

In addition to the deciding touchdown, Sims-Walker also caught a 28-yard pass in the second quarter that set up Maurice Jones-Drew's 3-yard score. Sims-Walker led all Jaguars receivers with eight catches for 91 yards.

The Bills converted just three of 11 third downs, including three trips inside the red zone where they came away with only field goals.
