Rams RB Steven Jackson, who entered the game ranked second in total yards from scrimmage and third in rushing, rushed 22 times for 149 yards and his first touchdown this season, which gave St. Louis the lead with 1:44 remaining in the game. Jackson also had three catches for 17 yards.
