It was over when ...
The Eagles tried a hook-and-ladder play on fourth-and-17 from their own 42-yard line with just over a minute remaining. The Cowboys snuffed out the trickery and took over on downs, enabling Tony Romo to end the game on a pair of kneel-downs.

Game ball
Cowboys WR Terrell Owens only had three receptions in the game, but he made them count. His first catch extended the Cowboys' opening drive that ended with his second catch -- a 72-yard touchdown. His third reception was also for a touchdown, this one of the 4-yard variety.

Key stat
Red-zone efficiency proved to be the difference in this game. Dallas cashed in on all three of its trips inside Philadelphia's 20-yard-line, ending each opportunity with a touchdown. The Eagles, meanwhile, were less successful inside the Cowboys' 20-yard line, scoring touchdowns on only three of their five forays into the red zone.

Noteworthy
Safety Roy Williams suffered a broken forearm and will miss a minimum of four weeks according to NFL Network's Derrin Horton. ... Following two losses to the Eagles in Dallas, Tony Romo finally found his groove after a shaky start, finishing with 312 passing yards and three touchdowns. ... Eagles rookie WR DeSean Jackson had an apparent 61-yard touchdown catch nullified because he prematurely released the ball while celebrating. The ball was re-spotted at the 1-yard-line and Brian Westbrook scored on the next play. ... Jackson became the first WR to have back-to-back 100-yard receiving games to start his career since fellow Eagle Don Looney did so in 1940. ... The Cowboys became the eighth team in Week 2 to come back from a fourth-quarter deficit to win.
