Brett Favre slapped hands with the official after his second touchdown pass at the beginning of the second quarter to put the Packers up 21-3. The 38-year-old quarterback came out of the game at that point and backup Craig Nall took over the offense to hold the lead.

Injured much of the season, Packers tight end Bubba Franks caught his third touchdown pass. His reception just inside the goal line marked the third score in the Packers' first three possessions. Franks missed eight games this season with a knee injury.

Key stat
Packers backup RB Brandon Jackson rushed for 113 yards on 20 carries. Green Bay collected 217 yards on the ground and just 177 through the air, the first time the team has gained more rushing yards than passing yards all season.
