Bengals defensive tackle Michael Myers intercepted a pass that hit off the hands of Ravens tight end Todd Heap in the end zone. The interception thwarted the Ravens' comeback attempt in the closing seconds.

Chad Johnson got the Bengals on the scoreboard with a first-quarter touchdown (Video), and finished the game with a game-high 95 yards receiving. But the real star for Cincinnati was defensive end Robert Geathers, whose interception jump-started the stalled Bengals offense. ... Ed Reed's 63-yard punt return gave the Ravens a brief lead in the fourth quarter, and his crucial fumble recovery with five minutes left to go set up the team's final drive.

Injuries hurt the Ravens on Monday night. Three of the most notable injuries were Jonathan Ogden who missed the majority of the game with an Achilles injury, Ray Lewis who hurt his triceps, but remained in the game, and quarterback Steve McNair, who was replaced by Kyle Boller on the final drive. And don't forget the injury to B.J. Sams, whose injury set up Reed's punt return.
