GENERAL ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Is there accessible parking at the Super Bowl Experience presented by Jersey Mike's ? If so, where?
Parking for general public and Super Bowl Experience ticket holders will not be available for advance purchase in and around the Moscone Center. To help manage the high parking demand and anticipated congestion from heavy event traffic, the City of San Francisco strongly encourages locals and Super Bowl Experience visitors to use public transit or rideshare apps for their travel needs.
If parking is needed, it is recommended to make arrangements in advance to ensure availability.
There are a few sites tracking information and real-time Bay Area parking inventory and offer accessible parking options:
For information about Paratransit Service, visit the Transit Accessibility page at https://www.sfmta.com/getting-around/accessibility/paratransit. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles can also be requested through rideshare apps. The designated drop-off / pick-up location is at 2nd St and Howard St or 5th St and Folsom St.
For more information about accessible parking locations and their proximity to fan entry points, please contact the Mobility Assistance Program at superbowlada@gmail.com or (888)745-1455.
Are there Mothers Rooms onsite for nursing mothers attending?
Yes, during the hours of Super Bowl Experience there will be a Nursing Mother's Room located in the main lobby of Moscone South. If inside of the event, please visit the Fan Services Desk in the South Lobby to gain access to the Mother's Room. Additional privacy can be found at the First Aid Stations next to the 40 Yard Dash in Hall B or under the North Lobby Escalators.
What services are offered for fans with sensory needs?
1. Special Quiet Hours
The NFL will be hosting sensory hours for those interested on Thursday, February 5, from 3 PM – 5 PM local time. Sensory hours will include dim lighting and a low noise environment. Sensory Hours provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities. Where possible overhead lights will be dimmed or softened, and flashing or strobe lights will be avoided. Overall sounds will be reduced including softer music levels and limited announcements. Guests participating in the sensory hours are welcome to stay for the public session beginning at 5 PM. Please note that the lighting and sound production will change for the public window.
2. Quiet Areas
KultureCity will be on site each day at Super Bowl Experience with their Sensory Activation Vehicle. KultureCity is located next to First Aid near the 40 Yard Dash. They will be equipped with trained volunteers, sensory bags, and more for families and individuals who have sensory needs. Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards will be available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost.
3. Additional KultureCity Offerings
If you or an individual in your party experience challenges with sensory regulation, and you wish to alert staff and security that you may need additional assistance, please visit KultureCity to receive a wristband. This wristband will give the individual access to the SBxtra line at every game/activity offering SBxtra priority access including the Vince Lombardi Trophy and The Huddle at the Autograph Stage. Of course, fans are under no obligation to obtain such a wristband, it is entirely optional.
Are there accessible restrooms?
Yes, accessible restrooms are available throughout the Moscone Center.
Video Captioning
As a service to our guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, throughout the Super Bowl Experience, there will be caption-enabled content available on each screen when possible.
Can fans bring special items into the Super Bowl Experience because of a medical condition?
Yes. While outside food and drink is ordinarily not allowed inside the Moscone Center, exceptions will be made for fans with a special medical dietary restriction.
Additionally, a fan requiring insulin or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fans name. Out of concern for the event staff and volunteers who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the First Aid locations or in Moscone restrooms. Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the event.
Does the Super Bowl Experience provide food options for special dietary needs?
Food vendors at Super Bowl Experience will have Vegan, Vegetarian, and GF options available. We will have full menus at Fan Services counters.
