GENERAL ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Is there accessible parking for Super Bowl LVIII? If so, where?

Yes, there will be dedicated accessible parking available at the Lot V Garage for fans who have a valid/current disabled person plate or placard. This parking location also offers accessible vans that will shuttle continuously from the garage to Entry 4. To request parking at this location, please email the Mobility Assistance Program at superbowlada@gmail.com. Is there an accessible entrance to access Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium?

All Entries for Super Bowl LVIII are accessible. Once you have entered the site, Allegiant Stadium all stadium doors are accessible entrances with elevators and escalators to different levels.

Where are the accessible seating locations?

Accessible seating is available throughout Allegiant Stadium and must be pre-purchased. If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, Guest Experience staff located, near section 101, may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are provided on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

Are there Mothers Rooms onsite for nursing mothers attending?

Yes, there are two nursing pods on site at Super Bowl LVIII. At Allegiant Stadium there will be one nursing pod located in the North West lobby of the stadium on the 050 level, and a second near the South doors of the stadium on the 100 level. For assistance visit a Fan Services station on site.  

Are there any quiet areas for fans with sensory needs?

Yes! There will be a sensory room in Allegiant Stadium. The sensory room can be accessed by checking in at the Guest Experience Headquarters on the 100 Level Concourse at Section 102. Sensory kits are also available to check out with the Guest Experiences team. The bags include fidget tools, noise-reducing headphones, and a visual cue card. A writable weighted lap pad with markers is also available as needed. Are there accessible restrooms?

Yes, accessible restrooms are available throughout Allegiant Stadium.

Video Captioning & Other Auxiliary Aids

As a service to our guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, Allegiant Stadium will offer assistive listening devices in the GEHQ office. Devices do not need to be reserved and will be checked out on a first come first serve basis.

Captioning and an ASL interpreting will be broadcasted on the jumbotron for pregame entertainment. Throughout the game there will be live broadcasting through the NFL OnePass app from Westwood One.

Super Bowl LVIII is an accessible event, please take the following steps to enable captioning on your personal device and listen via the NFL OnePass app that fans can access on their phones. The steps below are for both iPhone and Android.

Enable Captioning for your Apple/iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings 
  1. Select Accessibility
  1. Scroll down to the section labeled "Hearing" and select Live Captions
  1. Tap the toggle to turn on "Live Captions (Beta)"
  1. You can customize the text, size and color of all captions by selecting the "Appearance"

Enable Captioning for your Android device:

  1. Open your device's Settings app 
  1. Tap Accessibility 
  1. Caption preferences.
  1. Tap Show captions.

Does Super Bowl LVIII provide food options for special dietary needs?

Outside food and drink is not allowed inside Allegiant Stadium for Super Bowl LVIII, unless a fan has special medical dietary restriction.

A fan requiring insulin, or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fan's name. Out of concern for the event staff and volunteers who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the First Aid stations in sections 120 and 142. (see the First Aid locations on our event site maps in the NFL OnePass app). Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins in the stadium.

Super Bowl LVIII will have food vendors that provide special dietary options. Within Allegiant Stadium, Slice House concessions located at section 140 will offer gluten-free hot dogs.

Are service animals allowed at Super Bowl LVIII? Other animals?

Service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into Allegiant Stadium and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of Super Bowl LVIII (where other fans are permitted). For fans within Allegiant Stadium, there will be two designated areas for service animals to relieve themselves one near the North West lobby doors and the second near the North Easy lobby door. Just let our Fan Services teammates or security staff know and they can direct you. However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.

MOBILITY ASSISITANCE 

Fans with Mobility Disabilities

Super Bowl LVIII is fully accessible for all wheelchairs and mobility devices, offering a welcoming experience for everyone. If you did not bring your own device and are in need of mobility assistance entering, during or exiting the event, wheelchair attendants are available to assist you from one location to another.

Please look for a Mobility Assistance teammate, wearing blue vests and are located at all Entries and hospitality areas.  A representative can also assist you from the Fan Service Booths and within the stadium Guest Services near section 101.  You may also call 888-745-1455 to reach the Mobility Assistance Program and request a wheelchair attendant to your location.

Wheelchairs (manual or power-driven) and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven, mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to Experience.Support@nfl.com with any questions. Powered mobility devices may be charged at the accessible seating areas within the stadium. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.

Is there an accessible support to depart Super Bowl LVIII?

If you require assistance from your seats to the exit, contact the mobility assistance program by phone 888-745-1455 to request assistance.  Service is first come first served.  Please have the guest's name, phone number and current location details ready for a representative.  We ask that you do not leave your location or the wheelchair attendant may not be able to find you.
