PLANNING YOUR VISIT
1.1 Ticketing
The NFL does not sell Super Bowl tickets to the general public, whether for standard or accessible seating. Rather, the NFL distributes tickets to the NFL's clubs – including the participating clubs and host club – which make tickets available for sale to season ticket holders and others in their local communities (including fans with disabilities), as well as to partners, sponsors, the Super Bowl host committee and others.
On Location, the Official Hospitality Provider of the NFL, offers premium ticket packages with accessible seating. Please reach out to On Location Guest Services to learn more about accessible seating options for this event.
Phone: 800-591-9198
After Super Bowl tickets are distributed closer in time to the game, fans may find tickets available for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster – the official resale marketplace of the NFL. Tickets will remain available for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange up to 60 minutes after kickoff. The NFL Ticket Exchange is linked here LINK.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available throughout Levi's® Stadium and must be pre-purchased. If you purchased or received a ticket within a standard seating area but require an accessible wheelchair or ambulant seat, NFL interior ticket resolution, adjacent to section 130/131, or Guest Services staff may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an accessible seating area. Accommodation is made on a first-come, first-served basis, with seating at a comparable level of the stadium with a maximum of one (1) accessible ticket and one (1) companion ticket.
Listed below are the locations for the Guest Service booths:
- Section 101/102 on Xfinity Plaza

1.2 What to Bring
NFL Clear Bag Policy
As with all NFL games, the NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to the stadium; however, if necessary, clear bags outlined in the Clear Bag Policy are permitted. Click here to review the policy.
Medical Items & Equipment
The NFL permits exceptions for all medically necessary items (such as supplies, equipment, medications, or physician-recommended food items) after proper inspection. Security staff will be present at the entrances to screen these bags and medically necessary items. Use the designated accessibility queue lanes if you have medical items and equipment. Any medications or food items should be in their original containers with the prescription label displaying your name or accompanied by documentation from a healthcare provider. If you require any assistance or accommodation during screening, please notify security staff.
Please note: The stadium is not an allergen-controlled environment. Fans remain responsible for managing their own medical needs while attending the game.
Medical Waste Disposal
For Your Safety and Event Staff Safety, do NOT dispose of syringes or medical waste in regular trash bins. Use proper medical waste disposal at First Aid stations only.
1.3 Service Animals
Service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work or tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are welcome at Super Bowl LX. They may accompany their handlers in all public areas where fans are permitted. Accessible seating areas include space for the animal to remain with their handler.
Emotional support animals, household pets, and other animals are not permitted.
