Steelers CB Ike Taylor intercepted Dolphins QB Tyler Thigpen, ending Miami's attempt to rally for the win. Pittsburgh was able to run out the clock and hold on for a third straight victory.

Ben Roethlisberger injured his throwing shoulder at the end of Pittsburgh's third-to last drive, but came back in and completed all three of his pass attempts on the next series. The 14-play, 83-yard drive resulted in a 33-yard Jeff Reed field goal, which gave the Steelers a six-point lead.
