Get your votes in now for your favorite playoff game from the 2011 season from the list below. This is a limited-time offer. The polls close on Thursday, April 12, so check back the following day to see which episode was the winner, then tune into NFL Network to catch the winning episode.

AFC Wild Card: Steelers vs. Broncos -- Tim Tebow and Demaryius Thomas connect on an 80-yard touchdown pass on the first play of overtime to punch the Denver Broncos' ticket to the AFC divisional round with a stunning win against the Pittsburgh Steelers, 29-23. It is the quickest ending to a game in NFL overtime history as Tebow and the electrifying Broncos strike again.

NFC Divisional: Giants vs. Packers -- The New York Giants pull off the upset at Lambeau Field and knock off the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers, 37-20. New York makes a statement with a successful Hail Mary touchdown from Hakeem Nicks right before halftime. The Giants take advantage of several Packers' dropped passes and turnovers to cruise to the NFC Championship Game.

AFC Divisional: Broncos vs. Patriots and Ravens vs. Texans -- The New England Patriots dominate Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos while the Baltimore Ravens take advantage of the inexperienced Houston Texans to advance to a meeting in the AFC Championship Game.

AFC Championship: Patriots vs. Ravens -- Following Tom Brady's go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter, Baltimore's Billy Cundiff misses a 32-yard field goal that would have forced overtime. Instead, New England prevails 23-20 and push through to Super Bowl XLVI.

NFC Championship: Giants vs. 49ers -- Lawrence Tynes connects on a 31-yard field goal in overtime as the New York Giants top the San Francisco 49ers, 20-17, sending the Giants to Super Bowl XLVI. Devon Thomas snatches up his second crucial fumble recovery in the game to put the Giants in prime field goal position almost 10 minutes into overtime.
