| Larry Fitzgerald picked up the slack with Anquan Bolin out and had 166 yards. |
It was over when ...
Cardinals DB Ralph Brown picked off Jake Delhomme in the end zone at the start of the fourth quarter to kill any chance the Panthers had of a fourth-quarter rally. Arizona was up 30-7 at that point and coasted to a 33-13 victory.
Game ball
Larry Fitzgerald got it started for the Cardinals with a circus catch over double-coverage and he surpassed 100 yards with five minutes still to play in the second quarter. Fittingly, it was Fitzgerald who recovered a Panthers onside kick in the final minute to put the finishing touches on a stunning win.
Key stat
Delhomme accounted for six turnovers (five interceptions, one fumble) and the Cardinals scored 23 of their 33 points off of those takeaways.
