Redskins quarterback Jason Campbell ended a second straight drive in the final five minutes with an interception deep in Tampa Bay territory. It was the second consecutive week that Campbell threw a costly pick after leading his team into position for a potential winning score.

Bucs defensive end Greg White continued to make a name for himself after toiling in the Arena Football League for two years. He gave Pro Bowl left tackle Chris Samuels headaches the entire game and finished with four tackles, a sack and two forced fumbles. An honorable mention goees out to Tampa Bay punter Josh Bidwell. It is rare that a punter is a major difference-maker in the game, but Bidwell was just that, booming several long punts (including a key 61-yarder in the second half) to get his team out of field-position trouble. He also pinned Washington inside the 20 three times.

Obviously, turnovers were th difference in the game. The Bucs had six takeaways, including four forced fumbles in the first 18 minutes, and did not commit any turnovers themselves.
Noteworthy
Tampa Bay quarterback Jeff Garcia left in the first quarter with a back injury and did not return until the fourth quarter. ... The Redskins outgained the Bucs, 316-15, in the second half, and had three drives of at least 59 yards that resulted in zero points. ... Washington wide receiver Antwaan Randle El left with a hamstring injury in the first half and did not return.
