NFL – Subscription, Authentication and Mobile Products Terms and Conditions

These Subscription, Authentication and Mobile Products Terms and Conditions ("Subscription
Terms") govern your use of the subscription, authentication and mobile products offered by the
NFL from time to time. These Subscription Terms supplement and are governed by the NFL.com
Terms and Conditions, which can be found at: www.NFL.com/help/terms and are incorporated
herein by reference, including the dispute resolution clauses therein. All defined terms not
otherwise defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the NFL.com Terms and
Conditions.
These Subscription Terms apply to the following subscription, authentication, and mobile
products, as each may be amended from time to time upon notice to you:

NFL+ provides access to a variety of NFL content, including a live 24/7 stream of NFL
Network, live local and primetime regular season and postseason games on phones and tablets,
live out-of-market preseason games, live game audio, and on-demand NFL programming.

NFL+ Premium provides access to all of the content and features available in NFL+ plus even
more great NFL content – including a live stream of NFL RedZone, archived video of preseason,
regular season, and postseason games, and NFL Pro (including NextGen Stats) which is
available on web and mobile web.

NFL+ and NFL+ Premium are collectively referred to herein as the "Subscription Products."

We may contract with third parties to operate the Subscription Products on our behalf.

NFL App and other NFL digital applications are collectively referred to herein as the "NFL
Mobile Products."

NFL Network and NFL RedZone Authentication Products provide access to live streaming
of NFL Network and NFL RedZone for authenticated NFL Network and NFL RedZone
subscribers who have an account in good standing with certain authorized distributors of NFL
Network and NFL RedZone (the "Authentication Products", and together with the Subscription
Products and NFL Mobile Products, the "Products").
Your use of the applicable Product(s) constitutes your acceptance of these Subscription Terms.

1. Access to the Products
(a) Subscription Products. Subscription Products are only available to users within the 50 states
of the United States and Washington, D.C., where permitted by applicable law. You are not
authorized to use any Subscription Products if you are located outside of the 50 states of the
United States and Washington, D.C. or applicable law otherwise prohibits your access, and you
agree not to access or attempt to access any Subscription Products from any location outside of
the 50 states of the United States and Washington, D.C. or any location where such access is
prohibited.

(b) NFL Mobile Products. NFL Mobile Products are available to all mobile users on a cross-
carrier basis. However, certain content contained in the NFL Mobile Products may only be
available to customers of select wireless plans, customers located within select countries,
customers using certain devices, customers accessing data on a wireless network or customers
accessing content on a subscription basis.

(c) Authentication Products. Authentication Products are only available in the United States and
Washington, D.C. and only available to authenticated NFL Network and NFL RedZone
subscribers who have an account in good standing with certain authorized distributors of NFL
Network and NFL RedZone. Access to the Authentication Products may be limited to certain
devices.

(d) Non-Commercial Use. The Products and any content accessed through the Products are for
your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared with anyone outside of your
household.

2. Registration, Security, Responsibility for Account
(a) Registration: Registration is required to use the Subscription Products; registration may be
required for use of certain other Products. We will not grant any user access to a Product that
requires registration unless you have completed the necessary registration and paid the fees, if
any, associated with access to such Product.

(b) Username/E-mail and Password: Your username/email address and password will be your
identity for purposes of accessing the Products.

(c) Notifications: By registering to use a Product, you agree that we may notify you about
changes to prices and/or Fees for Subscription Products, provide you with auto-renewal
information, and/or notify you about the Products by sending an e-mail message to your e-mail
address on file with us and by publishing such notices from time to time on the informational
page(s) of the applicable Product. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change in your
email address by logging in to the applicable Product and using the online account management
tool. If your email service includes functionality or software that catalogues your emails in an
automated manner, it is your responsibility to ensure that those emails we send to you reach your
inbox, which may include routinely monitoring your bulk, junk and/or spam e-mail folders or
adding us to your address book or safe senders list.

(d) You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. Any person to whom
you give access to your account, whether or not permitted by these Subscription Terms, is bound
by these Subscription Terms, including the requirement to arbitrate disputes. By allowing others
to access your account (which may include access to information on viewing activity for the
account), you also agree that such individuals are acting on your behalf and that you are bound
by any changes that they may make to the account, including changes to subscription plans. To
help maintain control over the account and prevent any unauthorized users from accessing your
account, you should maintain control over the devices that are used to access the applicable
Product and not reveal the login credentials or details of the payment method associated with the
account to anyone. You agree to provide and maintain accurate information relating to your
account, including valid contact information so we can send you account-related notices. We can
terminate your account, suspend your account or place your account on hold to protect you, the
NFL and/or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity. We are not obligated to
credit or discount a subscription if your account is terminated, suspended, or placed on hold by
either a representative of the NFL or by the automated processes of the NFL.

3. Subscription Products – Additional General Terms
(a) The Subscription Products offered and the payment options offered for each Subscription
Product may change at any time and at our sole discretion.

(b) In order to purchase a Subscription Product, you may be required to provide complete and
accurate personal information, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone
number, e-mail address, credit card information, and billing address. Our Privacy Policy explains
how such information may be used by us and can be found at: www.nfl.com/legal/privacy/. Your
ability to purchase a Subscription Product is subject to limits established by your credit card
issuer. You must notify us immediately of any change in your credit card information, including
any change to your home address. By signing up for a Subscription Product and utilizing a credit
or debit card or any other payment method for purchase of any of the Subscription Products, you
authorize us to charge such card on a periodic basis as specified in the amount and with the
frequency described in the applicable Subscription Product purchase path(s).

4. Subscription Products - Subscription Fees and Price Changes
(a) You can find the current prices and fees for the applicable Subscription Product (the "Fees")
posted on the informational page(s) for such Subscription Product. You agree to pay all Fees and
any other fees (including any applicable taxes) incurred in connection with your access to a
Subscription Product, at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

(b) We reserve the right to modify the price of a Subscription Product in our discretion at any
time. We may change the Fees, or add new Fees, upon prior notice to you either by e-mail or
publishing the changes on the webpages or mobile pages or in the digital application where the
Subscription Product is located. For customers who are not currently subscribed to an
automatically renewing Subscription Product, updated Fees will apply as stated on the applicable
Subscription Product informational or purchase page. For customers who are currently
subscribed to an automatically renewing Subscription Product, we will provide advance notice of
any change to the applicable Fees before the change takes effect. Unless otherwise stated in the
notice, the revised Fees will apply beginning with the next renewal occurring after the effective
date of the change.

5. Subscription Products - Billing; Automatic Renewals:

(a) When you subscribe to a Subscription Product, you authorize us to charge the subscription

fee to your payment method on file, along with any other taxes or transaction fees which may

apply to your use of the Subscription Product. Your payment method on file will automatically

be charged at the start of your subscription (or following any applicable Promotion as described

below).

(b) Your subscription to the applicable Subscription Product automatically renews until

cancelled. After the initial subscription billing period, you will be charged on an ongoing basis

on the day immediately following the end of each subscription billing period, unless you cancel

your subscription as described below.

(d) For Subscription Products billed by us on an annual basis, the term of your subscription

begins when you purchase the applicable Subscription Product (the "Start Date") and, unless you

cancel your subscription as described below, will continue for one year and automatically renew

each year on the anniversary of your Start Date, as specified in your renewal reminder notice, at

the then-current full Fees (plus any applicable taxes) for the applicable Subscription Product.

(e) For Subscription Products billed by us on a monthly basis, the term of your subscription

begins when you purchase the applicable Subscription Product and, unless you cancel your

subscription as described below, your subscription will automatically renew each month and you

will be charged the then-current applicable Fees (plus any applicable taxes) for the applicable

Subscription Product each month.

(f) If a payment for a Subscription Product fails for any reason, you authorize us to charge any

other payment method associated with your account. We may continue to attempt to process the

applicable payment method(s) associated with your account. These attempts may occur on

multiple occasions. Following a failed payment, we will notify you and allow you to update your

payment information and resolve the payment issue while maintaining limited or full access to

the Subscription Product, as determined in our sole discretion. In addition, if a payment fails for

any reason, we may suspend and/or terminate your subscription, as determined in our sole

discretion. Such suspension and/or termination may occur automatically. If we elect to suspend

your subscription, we may continue attempting to process any payment method associated with

your account during the suspension period.

6. Subscription Products - Free Trials, Discounts and Promotions:

(a) You may be able to access a Subscription Product for a specified and limited period of time

for free, at a discounted rate, or as part of a promotional offer (collectively, the "Promotion").

Subscription Products will be subject to all applicable Fees (plus applicable taxes) immediately

following completion of the Promotion unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with

the applicable instructions below. Promotions may or may not be offered, may be available only

on certain platforms, may be available only for certain Subscription Product(s) and/or may be

available only for certain eligible subscribers.

(b) If you sign up for a Subscription Product as part of a Promotion, your access to the

Subscription Product may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

7. Subscription Products - Subscriber Perks

Your subscription to a Subscription Product may, from time to time, provide you with the

opportunity to access, redeem or receive certain additional benefits for content, goods, and/or

services from the NFL and/or third parties ("Subscriber Perks"). Subscriber Perks may or may

not be offered, may be available only on certain platforms, may be available only for certain

Subscription Product(s), and/or may be available only for certain eligible subscribers. Subscriber

Perks may be subject to additional terms and conditions and may be changed or terminated at

any time in our sole discretion. Subscriber Perks are not deemed Subscription Products for

purposes of these Subscription Terms. If your subscription to the applicable Subscription Product

expires, is terminated or you otherwise cease to be eligible for or have access to the applicable

Subscription Product, your access to any Subscriber Perks may also terminate. The NFL is not

responsible for the availability, fulfillment, quality, or performance of any Subscriber Perks

provided by third parties.

8. Subscription Products - Cancellation:

(a) If you signed up for a Subscription Product on NFL.com and wish to cancel your

subscription, visit the My Account page, which is located at www.nfl.com/account; log in to

your NFL.com account and visit the "Manage Subscriptions" page; then click "Manage

Subscription" next to your NFL+ subscription and click "Cancel."

(b) If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current

subscription period and stop the recurring subscription charge, but does not refund the

transaction for the current billing period. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. You

will have continued access to the Subscription Product for the remainder of your paid

subscription period. You must cancel your subscription before it auto-renews to avoid paying the

subscription fees and charges for the next subscription period.

9. No Refunds:

(a) Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription

periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may elect to provide a refund, discount, or other

credit to subscribers. Our decision to grant or deny refunds or credits will be made in our sole

discretion and may be based on purchase type and the circumstances for the refund request. The

amount and form of such refunds or credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and

absolute discretion. The provision of a refund or credit in one instance does not entitle you to a

refund or credit in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide a refund or

credit in the future, under any circumstances.

(b) If we elect to provide a refund but are unable to post a refund to your credit card, including

because your credit card account is closed or otherwise unavailable when we attempt to post the

refund, or if we determine that you have violated any terms governing your use of the applicable

Subscription Product, you agree that you will forfeit the amount due to you (if any) under this

section. Please note that we may not be able to post refunds for subscriptions that are paid for

through the use of "single use" credit cards, stored value cards or similar "disposable" payment

methods. We recommend that you do not use these payment methods to pay for your

subscription to the Subscription Products; if you choose to use them despite our

recommendation, you do so at the risk that we may not be able to provide you with a refund

under this paragraph.

10. Online App Store and Third-Party Subscriptions -- Billing, Cancellation and Refunds:

(a) If you purchased a Subscription Product through an online app store, billing and automatic

renewal will be governed by the terms disclosed by that online app store at the time of purchase.

(b) If you purchased a Subscription Product through an online app store and wish to cancel your

subscription, you can cancel in accordance with the terms of such online app store.

you made your purchase in accordance with the refund policies of that store.

(d) From time to time, third parties may also offer subscriptions to the Subscription Product(s),

including in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. We are not

responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. In addition, if you

subscribe to a Subscription Product via any third party(ies), you may be subject to additional

terms, conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed to you before you sign-up or in other

communications made available to you by the applicable third party(ies). Any subscription,

billing, cancellation and refund matters will be governed by the applicable third party's terms. If

you sign up for a Subscription Product via any third party(ies), you may still be required to

subscription to a Subscription Product with a third party, you may not be able to access the

content or features of NFL+ or NFL+ Premium via such third party's products of services; the

platforms and devices on which the content and features of NFL+ and NFL+ Premium are

available is determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion. Third parties may or may not

offer subscriptions, may offer subscriptions only on certain platforms, may offer subscriptions

only for certain Subscription Product(s), and/or may offer subscriptions only for certain eligible

subscribers.

11. Additional Products or Services:

We may, from time to time, offer additional products or services that may be added to your

subscription to a Subscription Product ("Add-On Products"). Such Add-On Products may be

offered for a separate incremental fee, as part of a bundled offer for a combined fee, and/or as

part of a promotional offer. If you subscribe to any Add-On Product(s), you will be subject to all

applicable fees (plus applicable taxes) for the Add-On Product(s) unless you cancel your

subscription to the Add-On Product(s). Add-On Products may or may not be offered, may be

available only on certain platforms, may be available only in connection with certain

Subscription Product(s) and/or may be available only for certain eligible subscribers. Add-On

Product(s) may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will supplement these

Subscription Terms, and which are incorporated herein and are available here ("Additional

Supplemental Terms"). Except as otherwise provided in any Additional Supplemental Terms,

any Add-On Products shall be deemed to be Subscription Products for purposes of these

Subscription Terms.

12. Content in NFL+ and NFL+ Premium:

(a) The availability of the content within NFL+ and NFL+ Premium may be affected by a variety

of factors, including game delays or cancellations, application of the National Football League's

broadcast policy (which prohibits broadcast of football games under certain circumstances and in

certain areas), technical problems or network delays, program rescheduling, or other reasons.

(b) In addition, certain content within NFL+ and NFL+ Premium may only be available on

certain devices. Please note that the content accessible via NFL+ and NFL+ Premium may vary

based on your geographic location, viewing platform and device. Live preseason games are

generally subject to local and other geographic blackouts. Live regular season and postseason

games are limited to those games available on TV in your local market and national broadcasts.

tablets; games that are available only on mobile phones and tablets may not be "cast" to other

devices, including televisions.

(d) You may only use a maximum of three

(3) simultaneous streams of NFL Network and, if

applicable, NFL RedZone, at any time regardless of the number of devices that you are permitted

to use to access NFL+ and NFL+ Premium. We may change the maximum number of

simultaneous streams that you may use at any time in our sole discretion.

(e) You are expressly prohibited from archiving, republishing, retransmitting, and/or reproducing

the content accessible via NFL+, NFL+ Premium and/or the Add-On Product(s), if any. You are

also expressly prohibited from downloading the content accessible via NFL+, NFL+ Premium

and/or the Add-On Product(s). If we have authorized the downloading of certain content, such

downloading may be subject to additional terms and shall be solely for your personal use. You

shall not access and/or use the content accessible via NFL+, NFL+ Premium or the Add-On

Product(s) in any manner not expressly authorized by us.

13. Termination:

You may terminate your access to a Subscription Product by cancelling your subscription in

accordance with the instructions set forth above in Section 8 ("Subscription Products -

Cancellation").

14. Other Terms

(a) We are not responsible for any error in copy, descriptions or images relating to any Product.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that we make even if we have

already requested payment. In the event of an error, whether on an application or website, in an

order confirmation, in processing an order, in an email, in delivering a Product or service or

otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and otherwise change or update the

information without notice, revise your order accordingly, if necessary (including charging the

correct price), and/or cancel your order and refund any amount charged.

(b) The quality of the display of streaming content may vary by device and may be affected by a

variety of factors, including your location or the speed of your Internet connection. We make no

representations or warranties about the quality of your viewing experience on your device.

Products at any time. We also reserve the right to upgrade, revise, modify, discontinue, shut

down or cease offering any Product at any time, without prior notice to customers, and products

or services may become unavailable without notice. We shall have no liability of any kind if a

Product that has been purchased becomes unavailable.

(d) You agree that you will not attempt to, or assist any third party in attempting to, bypass any

robot exclusion headers or other measures we take to restrict access to the Products (or services

or content therein), or use any software, technology, or device to send content or messages,

scrape, spider or crawl the Products (or services or content therein), or harvest or manipulate data

on or from the Products (or services or content therein).
