GENERAL ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Is there accessible parking for Opening Night fueled by Gatorade? If so, where?

Yes, there will be dedicated accessible parking available at the Mandalay Bay Garages for fans who have a valid/current disabled persons plates or placard. Accessible parking at Mandalay Bay Garages will be on a first come first served basis. Please refer to the Super Bowl Week Transportation page, https://www.nfl.com/super-bowl/event-info/transportation , for more information regarding location, pricing, and more.

Are there Mothers Rooms onsite for nursing mothers attending?

Yes, there will be one nursing pod on site at Opening Night fueled by Gatorade. At Allegiant Stadium the nursing pod will be located on the North West landing of the stadium on the 050 level. For assistance visit a Fan Services station on site.

Are there any quiet areas for fans with sensory needs?

Yes! There will be 2 sensory nooks at Opening Night fueled by Gatorade as well as a sensory room. The room will be located at on the Northeast 050 level. Sensory kits are available to check out with the Fan Services team. The bags include a VIP lanyard for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-reducing headphones, and a visual cue card. A writable weighted lap pad with markers is also available as needed. Yes, accessible restrooms are available throughout Allegiant Stadium.

Video Captioning

As a service to our guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, Allegiant Stadium will offer assistive listening devices in the GEHQ office. Devices do not need to be reserved and will be checked out on a first come first serve basis.

Opening Night fueled by Gatorade is an accessible event please take the following steps to enable captioning on your personal device and listen via the NFL OnePass app that fans can access on their phones. The steps below are for both iPhone and Android.

Enable Captioning for your Apple/iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Accessibility
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled "Hearing" and select Live Captions
  4. Tap the toggle to turn on "Live Captions (Beta)"
  5. You can customize the text, size and color of all captions by selecting the "Appearance"

Enable Captioning for your Android device:

  1. Open your device's Settings app
  2. Tap Accessibility
  3. Caption preferences.
  4. Tap Show captions.

Does Opening Night fueled by Gatorade provide food options for special dietary needs?

Outside food and drink is not allowed inside Opening Night fueled by Gatorade, unless a fan has special medical dietary restriction.

A fan requiring insulin, or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fans name. Out of concern for the event staff and volunteers who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the First Aid stations in sections 120 and 142. (see the First Aid locations on our event site maps in the NFL OnePass app). Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins in the stadium.

Opening Night Fueled by Gatorade will have food vendors that provide special dietary options. Within Allegiant Stadium, Slice House concessions located at section 140 will offer gluten-free hot dogs.

Are service animals allowed at Opening Night fueled by Gatorade? Other animals?

Service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into Allegiant Stadium and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of Opening Night (where other fans are permitted). For fans within Allegiant Stadium, there will be a designated area for service animals to relieve themselves near the Northwest lobby doors. Just let our Fan Services teammates or security staff know and they can direct you. However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.

MOBILITY ASSISITANCE

Fans with Mobility Disabilities

Opening Night fueled by Gatorade is fully accessible for all wheelchairs and mobility devices, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone. If you did not bring your own device and are in need of mobility assistance entering, during or exiting the event, wheelchair ambassadors are available to assist you from one location to another. Please look for a Mobility Assistance teammate, wearing blue vests and are located at the Entries and Fan Service Booths, near section 101 as well as outside the stadium. You may also call 888-745-1455 to reach the Mobility Assistance team.

Wheelchairs (manual or power-driven) and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven, mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to Experience.Support@nfl.com with any questions. Powered mobility devices may be charged at the accessible seating areas within the stadium. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.

Is there an accessible entrance to access Opening Night fueled by Gatorade?

All Entries for Opening Night fueled by Gatorade are accessible. Once you have entered the site, Allegiant Stadium Northeast and Northwest stadium doors are accessible entrances with elevators and escalators to the different levels.

Accessible Viewing Areas

Opening Night fueled by Gatorade will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV. The event is open to the public for purchase of $30 for all, inclusive of fees and open to the public. All available accessible seating sections (103, 105, 107, C110-C114), C132-C136, 139, 141, 143) would be blocked off when doors are open. There will be ushers at those sections as well as signage to let guests know that if they require seating in any of those sections, they should proceed to the Guest Services booth near Section 102/103 and speak to a stadium staff member. They will then receive a hard ticket for one of those section for themselves and (3) companion (or more per stadium best practices). The guest will then show the ticket to the usher to gain access to that section.
