Rams' Setterstrom has torn left triceps, will miss finale

ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Rams guard Mark Setterstrom has a torn left triceps that will keep him out of the season finale against San Francisco and likely require surgery.

Setterstrom was injured in the first half of Sunday's 31-10 loss at Arizona. The Rams will go with a pair of backups, rookie Roger Allen III and John Greco, at guard against the 49ers.

Defensive end Leonard Little missed his second straight game with a knee infection but coach Steve Spagnuolo said Monday he was hopeful Little could return on Sunday.

The Rams have 13 players on injured reserve and three others, offensive tackle Jason Smith, cornerback Quincy Butler and Setterstrom, who are out for the season.
