  • WR Zay Flowers, who missed both of last season's playoff games due to a knee injury, told reporters Tuesday that he's 100% with no limitations.

  • WR George Pickens will be wearing No. 3 in his debut season with the Cowboys. Pickens initially wore No. 13 during his first few practices of organized team activities.

  • LB Micah Parsons, who isn't attending voluntary OTAs, posted on social media that he will be in attendance for mandatory minicamp.
