• QB Tanner McKee -- Philly's clear cut No. 2 signal-caller -- fractured the top of his thumb and his availability is in question for Week 1, but it is not considered a major injury and he won't go on IR, NFL Network Insiders Mike Garafolo, Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport reported. The Insiders added that Philadelphia's trade for Sam Howell would've happened regardless of McKee's injury. The Athletic's Brooks Kubena first reported the news.
