Montreal Alouettes interview Jim Zorn for head coach

Jim Zorn, most recently quarterbacks coach for the Kansas City Chiefs, has interviewed for the head-coaching job with the Montreal Alouettes, according to a source close to Zorn.

Zorn played quarterback in the NFL from 1976 to 1987, mostly for the Seattle Seahawks, and he passed for 21,115 yards during his 11-year career.

He was head coach of the Washington Redskins in 2008 to 2009, going 12-20.

Marc Trestman, who won two Canadian Football League championships as head coach of the Alouettes, recently was hired as head coach of the Chicago Bears, replacing Lovie Smith.
